Honda Accord Dash Lights Not Working. Connecting the Illumination wire on aftermarket stereos to the factory harness will blow up the multiplexeran electronic device which routes 20 circuits. Fuses under dash are OK and bypassing the dimmer switch for the dash lights.

Dash light problem in 2004 Honda Accord. I have a 2001 Honda Accord my dash lights running. The radio plays fine and everything else in the car including the lights in the instrument cluster are fine. So i am out of ideas of what to do.
